Scott Lloyd is the president, senior SPQM data consultant and senior National Council consultant at MTM Services. Lloyd helps primary and specialty health care organizations deliver the highest quality care possible by working with them to solve operational challenges, particularly those that generate staff burnout and turnover. As an expert in access to care, service costing and data measurement, Lloyd helps teams utilize service delivery data to establish system-wide improvements that maximize resources and enhance treatment outcomes while also ensuring compliance with regulatory and payor requirements. Since 1998, Lloyd has worked with more than 1,000 teams in more than 49 states and two foreign countries. During that time, he has built hundreds of custom analytical tools to help organizations capture and utilize their data. Lloyd has authored and co-authored several books published by the National Council for Behavioral Health focused on data utilization and operational excellence.
