In the fall of 2021 she earned her Certified Professional of Talent Development (CPTD) designation from the Association of Talent Development. She has a passion for business, strategy, leadership and learning. Mackey has over 15 year of business and speaking experience. She has taught business classes at a collegiate level since 2009.
