My name is Haley Russenberger, I am a sergeant for the Connecticut State Police. I have been a member of the Connecticut State Police since 2015. I work within the Bureau of Special Investigations, coordinating our CRISIS Program, teaching Drug Endangered Children (DEC), and serve as the public safety co-chair of the CT River Valley Overdose Taskforce, which is a PHAST grantee with the CDC Foundation. I have a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and Associates Degree in Criminal Justice.
