Andrew Penna is the Overdose Response Coordinator for BHcare's Alliance for Prevention & Wellness program. He conducts post-overdose outreach working in conjunction with the CT State Police, East Hampton Police Department and Adult Probation. Andrew is currently in graduate school pursuing his MSW (master’s in social work). Andrew also holds a BA in Social Sciences and has a background in business.
