The Comprehensive Health Integration (CHI) is a new framework for guiding implementation of integration of physical health and behavioral health that can help providers, payers and population managers measure progress organizing delivery of integrated services and demonstrate the value produced by progress in integrated service delivery and provide initial and sustainable financing for integration. The Comprehensive Health Integration Framework workshop is designed for deep exploration of the utility and effectiveness of the model.

Learning Objectives:

Define the background, rationale, and critical need for CHI and bi-directionality of integrated care services.
Explore the utility of CHI in practice settings, including bi-directional primary care and behavioral health considerations.
Analyze recommendations to the field related to implementation, policy and payment for comprehensive health integration practice.
