Delivering crisis services in rural areas can be especially challenging. Our regional call center is a hotline and a resource line that dispatches crisis teams and can schedule urgent care appointments in each county. As the services continue to evolve, we strive to ensure that each person gets the right response, in the right place, every time. We will show how best practices can work in rural areas, how multiple mobile teams can work together and how collaborations and community partnerships are the key to success.
