The CCBHC model is transforming mental health and substance use service delivery. Two CCBHC directors and an evaluator who have been living the model every day for the last four years will address integrated mental and physical health care coordination, population health informatics, community outreach, law enforcement collaboration, staff recruitment and retention and provide an overview of what is coming next in the CCBHC movement. The two agencies have each received two SAMHSA CCBHC-E grants and are among the 13 provider agencies participating in Michigan's CCBHC Demonstration pilot.
