Social determinants of health and health disparities play a critical role in the ability of individuals from minority groups to access mental health and substance use treatment and both must be addressed at the highest level of a treatment organization. This full-day, interactive Preconference University will provide leadership of treatment organizations with tools to better understand the social determinants of health, health disparities and racial and social justice. We will also provide an implementation framework to transforming service provisions and address these issues.
