Merger and acquisition transactions continue to impact the behavioral health industry. At times, it seems like an “either/or” conversation – should I consider M&A transactions or not. This transparent discussion with two veteran community mental health CEOs will explore how they navigated these questions for rural communities and turned the “either/or” question into an “and/both.” They will share what went right and what didn’t go according to plan. They will also share other opportunities for growth and collaboration that are available if you are willing to think creatively.
