Finding Access to Services and Treatment (FAST) is designed to help assess, triage and respond efficiently and effectively to those who call or walk in. Through this method clients feel heard, respected and validated. Individuals are seen immediately and leave with what they need -- either referral or appointment. FAST offers the right service with the right provider at the right time for anyone seeking service. Client is seen by a team that listens deeply. Using Collaborative Network Approach (CNA), an interviewer leads the session and a staff member will reflect on what occurs during the session. Reflections generate discussion and bring useful observation to the participants.
