Elie Kaplan-Marans is in his third year of urology residency at Maimonides Medical Center. He studied philosophy at Columbia University and graduated with distinction in research from the Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine. In 2021, he received the award for the highest in-service exam score of all residents in his program, and in 2022, he was awarded the resident research award. He has co-authored almost 20 peer reviewed articles and is a peer reviewer for the Journal of Urology and the Journal of Robotic Surgery.
