Dr. Camilo Arenas-Gallo is a physician and researcher with interests in urology, genetics, and epidemiology. He received his M.D. from the Universidad Industrial de Santander in 2017 and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Bioethics and Medical Humanities at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Arenas-Gallo worked in a variety of clinical settings in Colombia and is currently a postdoctoral fellow in the laboratory of Dr. Jonathan Shoag in Cleveland, Ohio, where he is investigating how chemotherapy and other external variables affect the mutation rate of somatic and germ cells, as well as new therapeutic targets for prostate cancer.
