This symposium will include a discussion of complex surgical decisions in Inflammatory bowel disease including the difficult pouch, endoscopic and surgical management of stricturing Crohn’s disease, and perianal Crohn’s disease.

Describe technical steps to facilitate pouch construction, reach, and anastomosis in the setting of a difficult pouch .
Compare clinical indication and outcomes between endoscopic dilation, strictureplasty or resection of Crohn's disease.
Discuss multimodality treatment options for the management of perianal Crohn's disease.
