Accessing Meeting Information:
All attendees (virtual and in-person) can access the meeting information and claim CME via the:

2023 ASCRS Annual Scientific Meeting event website
Annual Meeting Mobile App: All attendees (virtual and in-person) can now download the 2023 ASCRS Annual Scientific Meeting App - available for free on Apple and Android devices.

Attendees must log in on the website and/or the mobile app to build a personalized schedule, watch live stream sessions, take notes, connect with the presenters and attendees, complete evaluations, and claim CME.

Log in information (username and Badge ID) was emailed from ASCRSregistration@discoversb.com with subject line: Mobile App Download and Login Details - 2023 ASCRS Annual Scientific Meeting. If you can't locate your Badge ID or confirmation email, use this link, and enter the email address you registered with to receive an email with your Badge ID.

On-Demand Content:
Access to On-Demand content is included in all registrations (virtual and in-person). On-demand content will be available online, for CME, June 28 – December 30, 2023.

Information for Live-Stream Virtual Attendees

Accessing Live Stream Sessions:
Live Stream Sessions can be accessed from the 2023 ASCRS Annual Scientific Meeting event website and on the Annual Meeting Mobile App. Attendees must log in on the website and/or the mobile app to watch live stream sessions. Each session pop-up will have a link to access the session live stream.

Information for In-Person Attendees

Meeting Locations:
All meeting activities will be held at the Seattle Convention Center | Arch unless otherwise noted. Select events and meetings will be held at the ASCRS headquarters hotel, the Sheraton Grand Seattle Hotel, directly across the street from the convention center. Locations are specified on the meeting schedule on the event website and in the app.

Meeting Attire
The attire for the conference is business casual. Meeting room temperatures sometimes fluctuate, so attendees may wish to bring a sweater or jacket. Average temps in Seattle in June are low 53°F (12°C), high 70°F (21°C).

Registration and Badge Pick Up
Registration is in the Atrium Lobby on Level 4 of the Seattle Convention Center. Please pick up your badge and materials from Registration prior to attending meeting activities. Registration opens on Friday, June 2 at 3:00 PM for badge pick up and onsite registration. Please note, cash payment is not accepted for onsite registration.

Ticketed Sessions/Events
If you are attending a ticketed session or event, the tickets will be included in your badge pick-up. If you are missing tickets, please visit Registration in the Atrium Lobby on Level 4 of the Seattle Convention Center.

ASCRS Member Services/Information Desk
ASCRS Staff will be available throughout the meeting at the Member Services/Information Desk located in the Registration area (Atrium Lobby, Level 4) and the ASCRS Connect Lounge in the Innovation Center (exhibit hall, Level 4).

Wifi
Complementary wifi is available to attendees in all convention center meeting rooms. The network and login information will be printed on the back of your badge.

Coat Check & Luggage Check
On Tuesday, June 6 from 6:30 am – 5:00 pm there will be a luggage and coat check in the Registration area (Atrium Lobby, Level 4) by the Waterfall Suite. Attendants will be on duty on Tuesday, June 6.

Mother’s Room
A mother’s room is available in the convention center, Suite A on the 6th floor. Please visit the registration desk to pick up the key. Cold storage is available in the room.
