This symposium will highlight updates in endoscopy in the areas of colorectal cancer screening guidelines, ESD/EMR techniques, IBD-related dysplasia, and the watch and wait approach in rectal cancer.

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
Recognize the current colorectal cancer screening guidelines and describe the indications and uses for endoscopic mucosal resection and endoscopic submucosal dissection for colorectal neoplasia and associated learning curves.
Explain endoscopic methods/management of watch and wait.
Recognize the current guidelines for endoscopic surveillance and treatment of IBD related dysplasia.
