Learning Objectives: Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to: • Obtain ultrasound Imaging techniques in order to obtain optimal ultrasound images of anorectal canal. • Identify all landmarks and pathology of the anorectal region. • Understand how to evaluate and interpret anatomy, conditions, and defects.
This workshop provides the essential skills required for performing Anorectal Ultrasonography. The program will focus on the Anatomy and the Clinical Interpretation of imagery by providing an in-depth review of all disease states including Defecation Disorders (sphincter structures, integrity, and defects), fistulas, abscesses, polyps, and malignancies.
Attendees (MD, Residents, Fellows, NP, RN, PT) from all skill levels are encouraged to attend.
