Jessica Tarabay has over 8 years of Infection Prevention experience and holds a background in public health and epidemiology. Jessica joined Emory Healthcare in May of 2019 where she serves as the Manager of Infection Prevention for Emory University Hospital, Emory Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital, and Emory Wesley Woods Hospital, a Behavioral Health center. Jessica is certified in Infection Control, has published and presented on a variety of topics in infection prevention and control, serves as Comittee Chair of the National APIC Health Equity Committee, and is the 2023 President-Elect of the Greater Atlanta Georgia Chapter of APIC. Jessica was the recipient of the 2021 March of Dimes, “Friend of Nurse” award in Georgia and is a newly inducted 2023 Fellow of APIC. Jessica is a current doctoral student in the Dr.PH program at the University of Georgia.
