Lynn is a Registered Nurse who has been certified in infection prevention for 27 years. She is the Multi-Site Director of Infection Prevention for Advocate Aurora Health with oversight of ambulatory, home health, and hospice in Illinois and Wisconsin. She managed Infection Prevention programs in acute care settings until January 2015 when she embarked on a venture with Advocate Health Care to develop an outpatient infection prevention program. This has grown into a multistate enterprise of >500 locations including multi-specialty, primary care, dental, ambulatory surgery centers, home care and hospice settings.
Lynn is passionate about infection prevention program development along the continuum of care.
Lynn is an active member and consultant for the National Association for Professionals in Infection Control. She served on the Chicago APIC board as President in 2019 and Past-President in 2020. She serves on the Illinois Department of Public Health Healthcare Associated Infection Prevention Advisory Council.
