This session will provide an overview of an initiative for the CYSHCN program in New York State that is driven by multiple levels of family engagement. We will explain the role of family voices in health equity and quality improvement initiatives, describe the framework for our project, and provide examples of our findings to date and how they are being used to drive change for CYSHCN and their families. Practical implications and recommendations for the future will be discussed.
