D3 - Real People. Real Strategies. Transforming your organization to address health equity in Medicaid by cultivating leaders from within.

This interactive session will be co-presented by an emerging professional actively cultivating her leadership skills in Colorado’s Medicaid healthcare environment. With her co-presenter in a mentorship role, this presentation will model and highlight the transformation of one of Colorado’s Accountable Care Organizations to become a champion in cultivating diverse leaders. Attendees will learn tangible strategies, methods and programmatic designs giving them concrete action steps to take back to their organizations for implementation. Through experiential learning, this presentation will encourage curiosity, learning and courage necessary to implement strong policies and programming to assure Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, highlighting that this work is relational not transactional.
