Eileen serves as a Senior Consultant for the Office of Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) with Colorado Access the largest Accountable Care Organization in Colorado. A fearless leader on behalf of equity for women and children, Eileen served as President of the Association of Maternal and Child Health Programs (AMCHP), marking the first time a Family Leader was elected to this national executive leadership role. She has influenced health policy by serving on state and national Boards to assure the voice of the community is embedded in policy and programs. Eileen serves as a consultant, facilitator and trainer providing valuable learning and development opportunities to MCH staff, community agencies and families across the country. Eileen served as a consultant on this project with a focus on outreach and inclusion of the family/community voice.
