Nicholas Sharp has over a decade of experience working in different facets of public health including in School Based Health Center administration, Environmental Health evaluation and epidemiology, and most recently in Maternal Child Health evaluation and epidemiology. In his current position as evaluator in the Family Health Bureau in the New Mexico Department of Health, he has developed and implemented several evaluations in multiple program sections including WIC, ERASE NM (Enhancing Reviews and Surveillance to Eliminate Maternal Mortality) CDC grant, CMS (Children’s Medical Services), Asthma Control Program, CARA (Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act) policy workgroup, and Sudden Unexpected Infant Death workgroup.
