Senior Project Manager

Olivia joined NICHQ in September 2019 as a Project Manager. She currently serves on the Supporting Healthy Start Performance Project (SHSPP) as a Senior Project Manager for the Healthy Start Technical Assistance and Support Center (TASC). Her responsibilities include managing a collaborative workplan and overseeing the execution of a TA and training curriculum; overseeing the execution of events and TASC communications; and managing operations and events budgets. Prior to joining NICHQ, Olivia worked as a project manager at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. In this role, she managed the agency’s publications projects and gained experience developing health education resources for a diverse urban population. Olivia received a Master in Public Health degree with a focus in Sociomedical Sciences and an advanced certificate in Child, Youth and Family Health from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health.
