In-Person Requirements to Receive Credits:

Sign in and out of the onsite sheet upon entrance and exit of the session. Sheets will be located at the back of the room.
Complete a session evaluation for each session within 10 days of the conference and return it to amchpspeakers@conferencemanagers.com. See in-person session evaluations here.
Pay a $50 fee. Please log in to your self-service portal to pay this fee.

Virtual Requirements to Receive Credits:

Log in to the conference website for live-streamed sessions and log in to Zoom for virtual-only sessions. This is how we will track attendance.
