I am Naomi Wijers, a medical doctor and PhD candidate from the Leiden University Medical Centre. After working as a junior doctor for a year in the Haaglanden Medisch Centrum in the Hague I started working on my PhD thesis at the neurology department of the LUMC. I am currently looking into the relationship between COVID-19 and cerebral ischemia as part of the Coronis study team and the vascular neurology department.
