Holly S. Kimborowicz, MLS, AHIP, Librarian, UH Lake Health Library
Holly has been the Library Director with Lake Health, now UH Lake Health, since January of 1987. She earned her MLS from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 1981. While at Geneseo, Holly had the great fortune to take the health science librarian class taught by Lucretia McClure. Lucretia was Holly’s inspiration to pursue a career in health science librarianship. Holly’s first professional position was a Circuit Librarian for Cleveland Health Sciences Library, Case Western Reserve University. Holly is Chair of the UH Lake Health Patient Education Committee. Holly's areas of interest include consumer health, patient education and promoting the value of health science librarians, especially in the hospital setting.
