In this session, we aim to move beyond performing scans and procedures and focus on the patient journey. We review how to create a safe and comfortable environment for our patients, how to be an amazing patient advocate, how to create perfect patient expectations, and the importance of the provider/sonographer relationship with regards to patient care approach and outcomes. We end the session with a panel discussion, including all of our experts.
