A look at what causes stress and low morale in the Communications Center, to include survey data with over 200 participants representing 40+ states. Some simple ideas of things that have worked to improve morale and alleviate stress in the center that attendees can take back to their agencies and help rid our centers of the toxic culture that sometimes exists. Attendees should leave knowing what stress is, what morale is, and ideas on how to change that in their center!
