Presentation Description: Working along side the individuals that you are now leading can be a delicate road to navigate. Where you were once their equal, you are now expected to boost morale, train, and even discipline those same individuals. You're no longer their "friend", but you're not the enemy either. How do you know if you're doing it correctly? There's no instruction manual, but there are ways that you can teach yourself to remain relatable and set boundaries at the same time.
