In this session, attendees will learn the basic roles and responsibilities of leadership, finding their purpose for leading others, and the importance of creating a personal leadership vision. This session will also focus on practicing authenticity through brave and courageous conversations, along with reigniting the inner spark felt when called to something greater. Emphasis will be placed on self‐reflection and growth, embracing the practice of servant leadership, and identifying leadership principles that will advise attendees on how to level up to become a truly effective leader.
