Presentation Description: Band 14 spectrum is a game changer for public safety. In this session, we will review the benefits and characteristics of the dedicated spectrum used in the Nationwide Public Safety Broadband Network. We'll examine how FirstNet uses that spectrum — assigned to and licensed by the First Responder Network Authority — for specific mission critical applications and services. And we'll show how its integration into the NPSBN enables access to and the expansion of a commercial wireless ecosystem of devices, services, and capabilities for the public safety community.
