Presentation Description: Dealing with the unexpected is always a difficult task, but when weather happens and you have no idea, it is even harder. In this presentation you will hear about the day a thunderstorm dropped a tornado in an area that was not in the path of the storm. We will discuss what happened before, during and after in the dispatch room and the plans that are now in place to help in the future.
