Michele Gorman is the Assistant Director of Public Services for the Fort Worth Public Library, overseeing all public services, programming, staffing, collections, and library spaces for a Central Library and a network of 16 neighborhood and community libraries that serve a population of almost a million people. Prior to this role, Michele served as the Chief Organizational Development Officer for the Metropolitan Library System in Oklahoma City, Deputy Director of Customer Experience for the Houston Public Library, and Associate Director of Lifelong Learning for the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library in North Carolina.
