JoAnn Wiechmann, EdD, CCC-SLP, is the Executive Director of Special Services for the Grapevine-Colleyville ISD. She is past-Chair for ASHA- Board of Ethics and served 4 years on the ASHA Board of Ethics. She has practiced as a speech-language pathologist and special education administrator for over 28 years. She has presented at numerous venues on ethics, quality school-based services and evaluation.
