Session Description: It's not a secret that our industry has suffered greatly from a staffing crisis. Our culinary teams are burnt out, exhausted, and desperate for the ongoing staffing issues to be extinguished. The pandemic not only had culinary teams scrambling to reimagine programming and execution, but it took a huge toll on our existing staff as well. Training, retention, employee satisfaction, and engagement all were severely affected. It's time to relight that spark of passion in our culinary departments so everyone wants to come to work everyday.
