Peter Hawkins is a Staff Scientist within the Molecular Profiling and Data Science group at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. He began his scientific career as a theoretical and computational physicist: He graduated from Imperial College London (2012), received his PhD from Imperial College London (2016), and subsequently performed postdoctoral research at the University of Marburg, Germany. He then followed his keen interests in both machine learning and biological systems, and his current research focuses on using machine learning to explore complex biological interactions.
