For more than 45 years, he has focused his practice on complex project development and finance, private placement, M&A, investment fund structuring and related investments, and regulatory and legislative compliance representation in more than 75 countries worldwide for renewable and conventional energy and chemicals, clean energy technology, energy storage, electric vehicles and EV batteries, data center, environmental and infrastructure clients. His clients represent developers, bondholders, lenders, EPCs, O&Ms, equipment providers, private equity, venture capital and infrastructure funds.
