PhD Candidate
University of Southern California
I am a fourth-year Ph.D. candidate in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Southern California under the advisory of Professor J. Andrew MacKay. My research specializes in engineering thermo-responsive protein polymers, elastin-like polypeptides (ELPs), to enhance the stability and pharmacokinetic profiles of target proteins as novel strategies to treat diseases such as COVID-19, Sjogren's syndrome and acute myeloid leukemia. In particular, I am interested in translating basic research into clinical applications.
