The COVID-19 pandemic has created a unique paradigm shift that has caused everyone to rethink how we work. We will discuss the effect of this shift on bioanalytical work in the lab: what new challenges are associates encountering, and what existing issues have been addressed. We will examine how the elements of connection, collaboration, and communication, can be applied to this new normal in order to create an efficient and adaptable work environment.
