Equinor
Julia joined Equinor in 2020 after time spent in consulting and federal service working on offshore wind within the US. This experience included permitting development for a number of US offshore wind projects as well as time spent working for the U.S. Coast Guard in waterways management within the northeast. At Equinor, Julia is focused on her role as the Director of Permitting for the Beacon Wind project along with a global portfolio of marine affairs and development responsibilities across Equinor’s offshore wind projects. Prior to working in offshore wind, Julia spent five years working in international development for the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Julia has a Masters of Environmental Management with a concentration in Coastal Environmental Management from Duke University and is a native New Englander.
