Take the first steps toward transforming your organization a trauma-informed, resilience-oriented, equity-focused (TIROE) culture. We will explore how to move from a trauma-specific services focus to a TIROE organizational culture with a TIROE Organizational Readiness Assessment and discuss the importance of transforming your organization from an accreditation perspective. Learn from practical examples of implementation in the first three years of transformation, including TIROE supervision and leadership models.
