Describe the implementation of a "hub and spoke" model of services in order to adapt assertive community treatment to rural environments in Central New Mexico. We will explore how our agency developed this adapted model, maintained fidelity to the evidence-based model and adjusted financial and productivity expectations for the service.

Describe strategies to adjust services to a rural environment while maintaining fidelity to an evidence-based model.
Identify adjustments for a rural environment to maintain financial and personnel sustainability of the program.
Outline the educational and collaboration process with stakeholders, auditors and funders to facilitate greater understanding evidence-based services, fidelity and rural needs.
