Dr. David J. Ley is executive director of New Mexico Solutions (NMS), a New Mexico-based nonprofit community mental health agency. He has been director of NMS since 2004 and grew the agency from a single service agency with seven staff to a multi-site agency of 100 staff with a full array of behavioral health services. He is vice president of the New Mexico Behavioral Health Provider Association and secretary of the board of Albuquerque Healthcare for the Homeless, an FQHC. Dr. Ley is a licensed clinical psychologist and board-certified sex therapist, who still carries a clinical caseload.
