Mr. Jason Simmons is Case Manager with Action Wellness’s LEAP Program. Mr. Simmons currently holds an Associate’s degree in Addictions Counseling from Baltimore City Community college, while finishing his final year for a Bachelor of Science in Public Health at American Public University. He has over 10 years’ experience working with those living with addiction, homeless populations and those living with HIV, centering his efforts to the Kensington area of Philadelphia, where he holds clothing/blanket drives, small food give a ways and outreach for lost to care clients.
