Jim Allbaugh, MBA, President/CEO for Carey Services, Inc. in Marion, Indiana has nearly 30 years of experience developing, planning, and executing services to individuals with disabilities, including those with mental health needs. Prior to his service at Carey Services, Jim worked at a regional Aging & Disability Resource Center for 15 years with experience at an Indiana Community Mental Health Center prior to that. Jim’s experience includes health care, non-profit management, social services, fundraising, public relations, early childhood education, and agency administration and leadership. He has been with Carey Services since 2013. Jim is a board member for Strategic Indiana Provider Network, Strategic Insurance Trust and the Marion-Grant County Chamber of Commerce. Jim is a Rotarian with the Marion, Indiana, Rotary Club. He received his bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Anderson University. He earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Anderson University.
