Danielle Jatlow is a lecturer in the Department of Social Work at the University of Vermont (UVM). She is a Faculty Affiliate for UVM's Leadership and Social Change Learning Community. She is a principal in Centerpoint's consultation, training, and technical assistance services and Centerpoint's director of community health. Jatlow is a founding partner in the Vermont Treatment Enhancement Program. She has provided clinical and operational leadership to Centerpoint's substance abuse and mental health services for youth, young adults, parents and families impacted by a broad range of social, emotional, mental health, trauma and substance abuse issues. She played a key role in Centerpoint's community partnerships and program development, including clinic, school-based and host-site programming.
Prior to settling in Vermont, Jatlow worked with youth experiencing housing insecurity in San Francisco and was a Coro Community fellow with a focus on ethical, effective public sector leadership. Her work at The Family Center in New York City included working with youth and families impacted by HIV/AIDS and other medical health issues. At Family Justice (a program of Vera Institute of Justice), she helped develop a family-to-family mentoring program for adults returning to their community from the justice system. She received her MSW from Columbia University School of Social Work with post-master's training at the Ackerman Institute for the Family.
