Our agency faced a long and extraordinary list of all the disruptions in 2020. Despite everything that happened, we continued to support our clients with very little interruption in the wide variety of services we offer while maintaining our workforce and minimizing COVID-19 exposure. This was possible because long before disaster struck, we invested time and resources in laying the groundwork for operational and cultural resiliency. We’ll highlight how we did it and what we learned in the process.
