Cognitive behavioral therapy for psychosis (CBTp) is a valuable tool clinicians can use to support their work with individuals with psychosis. Drawing upon research, clinical examples and lived experience, we will provide an overview of this evidence-based intervention for individuals experiencing symptoms of psychosis and highlight key skills.
