Why does bullying occurs and what are the risk factors for bullying? To avoid the short and long-term consequences of bullying, prevention is imperative. We will explore bullying management and prevention with a focus on the family and school systems and will discuss the keys to raising happy and emotionally resilient youth as a key preventive strategy. We encourage educators, school administrators, school counselors, therapists of children and adolescents and parents to attend this session and learn how schools and parents can address bullying.
