My name is Alphonso Smith, PhD. I am a graduate of Loma Linda University. I completed my predoctoral internship (neuropsychology track) at the Vanderbilt-VA Consortium. I completed my post-doctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology at the Alexian Brothers/Amita Health Neurosciences Institute. I am currently an adult clinical neuropsychologist and assistant professor of Clinical Neurology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
